    My boyfriend ordered me a Dundie Award but the face was all chipped. I called to get a replacement and to place a new order for a Dundie Award for my boyfriend. They were able to send me both in one package to my mailing address. Sadly, the Dundie Awards arrived with chipped paint and my replacement Dundie Award was missing an exclamation point. I called and spoke to Chris. Chris was very nice and helpful. He sent me another replacement for the two Dundie Awards in a box so the chipped paint would no longer be an issue. My Dundies arrived today in perfect condition without any spelling or punctuation errors. I love them so much and think they make great gifts for Office fanatics!
