You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping cost, custom items (engraving, artwork, etc...) and a 15% restock fee (this is due to all of our awards are built custom to your needs). All engraved plates and items with artwork are non refundable once approved.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please call or email us, and we will assist you in getting your items returned properly.
If you wish to cancel your order after production has started and payment was made please contact us ASAP. All canceled orders are subject to a 5%-15% cancellation fee depending on what step of our production process your order is in. Once an order is started most items within the order cannot be refunded due to the customization nature of our products. This would include items with engraving, artwork or custom built trophies.
In the case that an over payment to an order is made such as shipping or prices we can only issue a store credit for the amount. This amount can then be applied to any future purchases. The amount cannot be issued as a refund on back to the original form of payment.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
At Trophyoutlet.com we do the best we can to ensure that orders are packed in a way to reduce damage. Even though we take great measure to ensure that there is no damage to your order, it does happen from time to time. Please inspect and count your order carefully upon receiving your order. If there is any issue as stated above, please contact us by Phone or Email within 10 days of receipt. We stand behind our product and will ship new or replacement items or parts via Ground shipping. Rushed shipping (if needed) will be at the managers discretion and we will do the best we can to accommodate our customers.
To avoid delays in processing your order please provide the required artwork as per the description of the product you are ordering. A vector file is always preferred on most items. If you do not have a vector file please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to look at options to convert the file for you.
All items that require approval, a proof will be sent within 24-48 hours of ordering (not including weekends). Proofs are sent to the email provided on the order, if no response is received we will call or text the number provided. If no response is received after 3 business days of proof items are sent as is. At this point all mistakes and reruns are the responsibility of the customer. If the item cannot be completed as is and we have not received a response your order is subject to cancelation (normal cancelation policy applies). We do not process items until approval is received or 3 business days have passed.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please note that in the case we are offering free shipping, this would only apply to addresses in the contiguous United States. Shipping to a military base using an APO address does not qualify for free shipping.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Free shipping promo applies to all prepaid order over $105. We use the best shipping method for your order (UPS Ground or USPS mail) if you prefer a certain shipping method or need your order to ship via expedited service you must select and pay for that method.

Due to this Trophy Outlet is no longer responsible for delayed shipments or packages not arriving on time. We will do our best to ensure we ship packages as timely as possible, once the package is in the carriers hands delivery dates can only be estimated.
Quick Ship Items
All items under the quick ship category or that have the fast shipping icon are eligible to ship same day. Orders must be placed by 1pm CST. Maximum items to qualify for same day shipping is 10 items. Due to inventory shortages any order over 10 items, we cannot guarantee items will ship same day. We will do our best to accommodate same day shipping, however there may be a slight delay. Please contact us if your are looking to place an order over 10 items that needs to ship ASAP. We will do our best to give you a timeline of when your order can ship.
In the case your order contains items eligible for quick ship and items that are not or that require artwork approval. We combine all item on an order in one shipment. If your order includes items that do not qualify for quick shipping or items that require artwork approval your order may not ship same day.
