**How to properly size your plate. Our pricing is based on square inches, which is the width x height. So for you to enter the proper size, take the width and height of the plate that you need and multiply them times each other.

For example:

• 10 wide by 2 tall = 20 square inches (choose 25 sq inch option)
• 1.75w x 2.5h = 3.5 sq inches (choose "Up to 9 sq inch option)
• 3.5w x 3.5h = 20.25 sq inches (choose "Up to 16 sq inch option)

Our Custom Cut Aluminum Plates are the perfect solution when you need a plate cut to a specific dimension. All plates are hand-cut and can be cut to the nearest 1/16". Please allow a ±0.02" tolerance in sizes.

The maximum cutting length is 13 inches. For anything longer than 13 inches, you must order a full sheet and cut the product yourself.

Choose from different mounting options like double-sided tape, screws holes, magnetic tape or blank to fit any application that you have. If screw holes are chosen (i.e. end holes or corner holes), screws will be included. Gold plates will receive gold screws and silver plates will receive silver screws. (All screws are 1/4-inch Phillips head) Best of all, you get FREE engraving with no limits on character count.*

Important: If your plate size exceeds the square inch limit you selected, your plate will not be cut to size. To determine square inches, simply multiply: Width × Height = Square Inches.

Quality Note: In order to provide the best quality possible, we will not print anything smaller than 8pt font size. If your plate requires a smaller font, you must reduce the amount of wording on the plate. Otherwise, we may cancel your order.

Material Note: Please note that gold, silver, and white aluminum are printed, while black aluminum is laser engraved.

Screw Information: All screws are 1/4" Phillips head. Gold plates will include gold screws, and silver plates will include silver screws for a polished, matching finish.
