I ordered this trophy pretty close to the last minute. We had checked a couple of other vendors that couldn't deliver on time. I was delighted that the trophy shipped quickly and arrived in two days. It is heavier than I expected and trophy itself feels and looks higher quality than I anticipated - smooth and hefty. The bummer was that the base arrived cracked and broken. I called the next morning (Friday) and they were quick to send me a replacement base and plaque, which arrived today (Monday) in time for our event tomorrow. Phew. I'll definitely buy from here again because it's a great trophy for a reasonable price and their service won me over. Not bad for a silly whimsy trophy that will add a good "cheeky" touch to our event!
