If you requested a proof, we will send you a proof via the email provided within 24-48 business hours of ordering (a text will also be sent to the phone number provided). Once approved your order will go straight to production and changes cannot be made at that point without additional charges. If no response is received within 3 days of of sending your proof, your order will be sent to production and any changes or errors are your responsibility.

If the info you provide is incorrect or inaccurate additional charges will apply for reprints / corrections. If this happens please reach out to us ASAP and we can make every effort we can to get corrected items to you.
