ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

At Trophy Outlet we offer high quality laser engraving on all of our glass awards. This offers a clean crisp frosted look on the award. Leaving a personalized message on an award is a way to really step the elegance and thought up. No set up fees and No extra charges. You send us the logo you want in the format we need and we will take care of the rest for you. 

LOGO - your logo must be in a vector art or high resolution image (black & white only, no grey scale). 

Not sure if your Logo is in the correct format? No worries we are hear to help, contact or chat with us and we are happy to give you some direction on what we can engrave and what will produce the best result.  

PROOFS

All proofs are sent within 24 business hours after ordering. Proofs are sent only via email and must be approved prior to sending to production. If no response is received in 3 business days, we have the choice to ship the order as set up or cancel the order. If changes were to be made after this a new order or additional charges will apply. 

RUSH ORDERS

Here at Trophy Outlet we offer FREE rush orders. If you need your order in a hurry please contact us to make sure the product is in stock and we can get it to you on time. All rush orders will still require proof approval prior to production.
