ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

We have a few requirement when submitting your artwork to be engraving on your award. Once you submit your artwork if we have questions we will reach out to you to make sure you get the best product at the best price. 

LOGO - your logo must be in a vector art or high resolution image (black & white only, no grey scale). 

If you can't provide the correct artwork we are happy to convert it to a vector art, additional charge will apply. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to ordering and we are happy to assist and let you know if your logo or artwork will be okay to engrave. 

PROOFS

All proofs are sent within 24 business hours after ordering. Proofs are sent only via email and must be approved prior to sending to production. If no response is received in 3 business days, we have the choice to ship the order as set up or cancel the order. If changes were to be made after this a new order or additional charges will apply. 

RUSH ORDERS

Here at Trophy Outlet we offer FREE rush orders. If you need your order in a hurry please contact us to make sure the product is in stock and we can get it to you on time. All rush orders will still require proof approval prior to production.
